Reed IS our family's IT Department: we call him if we have a virus, if we need an upgrade, or if we just want a periodic maintenance checkup. He has completely taken care of our PC for the last four years, and when we replace this one, he will be the one we call to set up our new system. Reed is the most knowledgeable computer person we have ever known: he loves to work on them and it shows. We have never had any problem that he couldn't solve. I would recommend him to anyone, for anything having to do with your PC.

I am SO glad I found Reed to help with my computer issues. He has been my main computer support person for the last few years.
